When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Fletcher Winter Co.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

You must not submit content that you do not own or have permission to use.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Fletcher Winter Co. uses Shopify to host and support the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Fletcher Winter Co.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through our store and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, managing returns or resolving product-related concerns.
Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that Shopify may independently have under its own terms or applicable law.
