Job Opening: Graphic Designer

Are you a talented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for branding, fashion and winter-inspired visuals? We are looking for someone who can bring Fletcher Winter Co. to life through elegant and engaging creative work across our website and marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Design website banners, promotional graphics and product visuals

  • Create content for social media, email campaigns and digital advertisements

  • Ensure every design reflects our classic winter aesthetic and brand identity

  • Collaborate with our team to develop and refine creative concepts

  • Maintain visual consistency across all customer touchpoints

Requirements

  • Experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in fashion or e-commerce

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • A strong understanding of typography, composition, layout and colour balance

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Good communication skills and openness to creative feedback

  • A portfolio featuring recent and relevant design work

Job Opening: Customer Service & E-Commerce Assistant

Do you enjoy helping women feel confident and comfortable in what they wear? Fletcher Winter Co. is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused assistant to support our growing online boutique.

You will help create a welcoming online shopping experience while assisting customers with sizing, orders, deliveries and returns.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer questions by email and online chat

  • Help customers choose suitable sizes, fits and winter styles

  • Provide order, delivery and tracking assistance

  • Help customers understand our return process

  • Update basic product and order information when required

  • Communicate with customers in a warm and professional manner

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or e-commerce experience is preferred

  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills

  • An interest in women’s fashion and winterwear

  • A friendly, patient and customer-focused attitude

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to work independently as part of a small remote team

  • Flexible availability, including weekends when required
