A Message from Margaret Fletcher

Fletcher Winter Co. began long before it became a boutique. My great-grandfather devoted his life to creating dependable knitwear for cold American winters. His knowledge and passion were passed down through our family and eventually reached me.

I grew up surrounded by yarn, knitting patterns and half-finished sweaters. Making winter clothing became more than a skill—it became the way I stayed connected to my family and the generations who came before me.

After caring for the boutique for decades, my health and the rising cost of keeping our doors open made it increasingly difficult for me to continue. But I wasn’t ready to let our family tradition disappear.

With the help of my daughter—and our little dog always nearby—I decided to bring Fletcher Winter Co. online and give our family boutique a new beginning.

That is why we are holding our Revival Sale. It is more than a sale—it is an opportunity to breathe new life into our boutique and preserve the winter tradition my great-grandfather started.
